Do fatwas prescribe public opinion?
Can jihad be affected by Zeitgeist? That depends on who you ask, or where you turn to for an answer. There are Islamic leaders who issue fatwas (religious rulings) calling for jihad against Israel while others, quoting the same religious laws, envision the natural relations between the Muslim and non-Muslim worlds as a state of peace. This vision includes peace and diplomatic relations with Israel.

Defining water needs necessary for reconciliation
