Dr. Maya Choshen is a senior research fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Israel Studies. The primary focus of her work is in the fields of population and society in Jerusalem. She is the editor of the Statistical Yearbook of Jerusalem and is a lecturer at the School of Education of the Hebrew University. She engages in research, planning, and teaching.
Dr. Choshen has led and participated in dozens of research projects, programs, and work groups on population, society, and community and their connection to all fields of life in the city of Jerusalem, the Jerusalem region, and Israel as a whole.
